Tr33 is committed to preventing its Service from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or the evasion of economic sanctions. This policy explains our approach and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. The Service today handles no money
Tr33 is currently a free game.
- It has no deposits, withdrawals, purchases, or payouts of any kind.
- Its in-game items — including Tr33s, fruit, seeds, and golden seeds — have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or anything of value.
- Because the Service does not move funds, it presents minimal money-laundering risk today.
- We maintain this policy as a precaution and to govern our sanctions obligations, which apply regardless of whether money moves.
2. Sanctions and prohibited persons
You may not use the Service if:
- you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of a country or region subject to comprehensive economic sanctions; or
- you are an individual or entity on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list — including lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union, or the United Kingdom.
Also:
- By using the Service you represent that you are not such a person and are not acting on behalf of one.
- We may block, suspend, or terminate any access we reasonably believe is associated with a sanctioned person or jurisdiction.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- use the Service to launder money, conceal the proceeds of crime, or finance terrorism or other illegal activity;
- use the Service on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any sanctioned person or jurisdiction;
- provide false, stolen, or another person’s identity or contact information; or
- attempt to disguise the origin, ownership, or control of an account.
4. Monitoring and account action
We may monitor accounts and activity for signs of the conduct above and take any action we consider appropriate, including:
- requesting additional information;
- restricting features;
- freezing or removing in-game balances; and
- suspending or permanently closing an account.
Because in-game items have no monetary value, no balance is refundable or redeemable if an account is actioned.
5. Future money-enabled features
The Service today has no real-money, cryptocurrency, or token features.
- If we later introduce features that involve real value — for example payments, payouts, or tokens — those features will apply enhanced compliance controls appropriate to them.
- Those controls may include identity verification (KYC), transaction monitoring, sanctions screening at the point of payment or payout, and any applicable reporting.
- Those controls would be described in the separate terms for those features, which you would review and accept before participating.
- Nothing in this policy is an offer of any such feature.
6. Cooperation with authorities
- We will cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement and may disclose information where required or permitted by law, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
- Where we are required or permitted to do so, we may also make reports to the competent authorities.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
